Brainspotting Somatic Therapy
Brainspotting (BSP) sessions provide gentle healing of painful experiences and emotions by accessing the subconscious mind and allows the mind to heal from trauma, anxiety, anger, depression and any other experiences that held a negative emotion. BSP utilizes the visual field through held eye positions to facilitate healing. 90 minute sessions.

Induced After Death Communication Therapy (IADC)
IADC is a specialized grief treatment for people stuck in persistent or traumatic loss. It works by rapidly calming the nervous system, resolving unresolved emotional pain, and restoring psychological stability. Many clients also report a deep sense of emotional completion and peace related to their loved one. IADC may provide a deep sense of connection with the deceased loved one, which may be experienced through sensory means (sight, sound, smell, taste, etc.) or as a “sense of presence” of the loved one.

Past Life Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression Therapy is a depth-oriented therapeutic modality that uses hypnosis to access purported subconscious memories and symbolic life-pattern material often associated with past-life experiences. It aims to resolve present-day emotional blocks, phobias, recurring relational patterns, and unexplained internal responses by revisiting and reprocessing these experiences. This approach is commonly used within spiritually-informed frameworks centered on reincarnation, soul development, and deep subconscious integration.
Important Practice Information
Fees and Forms of Payment
All payments are due at the time of session. Payments can be made in multiple ways. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, health savings account and credit/debt card. For credit/debit card payments a 3.5% transaction fee will be added.
What Is Non-Diagnostic Therapy and Why Does It Matter?
I practice non-diagnostic counseling, which means I don't label you with a diagnosis before we begin. You are not a DSM code. You are a human being navigating very human experiences in very human ways.
This approach allows us to work with the whole person, not a prescribed treatment plan written for a diagnosis that may or may not fit who you actually are. Treatment here is unique to you, built around your life, your patterns, and your goals.
"You are not your diagnosis. You are not your patterns. You are a human being who learned to survive and you can learn to do so much more than that.”
Do You Take Insurance?
I am private pay only. I made that choice intentionally, because insurance companies dictate session limits, require diagnoses, and have a financial interest in keeping treatment at the surface level. The women I work with deserve more than that.
I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider for details.
Do You Work With Couples?
Yes, however, with a specific approach. Couples are seen individually first, because each person brings their own patterns into the relationship and those need to be worked through before the relationship itself can fully heal. The first session is together; sessions then move to individual work.
“As long as you are authentic and true to yourself, the right things in life will always find you and the wrong things in life will always leave you."
