I'm Heather Moore, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California specializing in complex trauma, childhood trauma, and generational patterns, with nearly 10 years of experience helping midlife women break cycles that have shaped their lives for decades.

I work with women who wake up feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and disconnected and are ready to do the deep work to change that. I know this territory personally. My own journey through family trauma, inherited patterns, and the slow work of becoming my most authentic self is what led me to this work and why I know deeply that healing is possible. Because I've lived it.

My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and my signature quantum-informed framework that goes beyond mainstream therapy to address the subconscious patterns, inherited beliefs, and conditioned identities that keep women living someone else's life.

I offer in-person sessions in Roseville, CA and virtual sessions throughout California. I am private pay only.
